Euronete, a brand within the WireCo WorldGroup family, presents its new rope: Lankofix. Euronete will exhibit a sample of Lankofix at Stand Hall D-335 from 18 to 20 August, at Nor-Fishing 2026 in Trondheim.

Lankofix is ​​​​​​a 12-strand braided rope made of high-tenacity material, produced in Europe, ISO certified and DNV-GL approved production facility. The rope is designed for fishing operations that demand a combination of strength, durability and low stretch, with a floating construction that supports handling on deck and in the water.

Key technical characteristics include a specific gravity of 0.93, good resistance to UV exposure, abrasion and chemical contact, a melting point of 147°C, and zero water absorption. Minimum breaking force ranges from 216 kN (22.0 tf) at 18mm diameter to 1034 kN (105.4 tf) at 44mm diameter, with additional diameters available on request. All figures are determined according to ISO 2307.
